Its a given there are many realities, but the Big Question is...Which reality do You create?....for there 'Tis no world, without the observer!
Noticing these these vast chasms between the realities is vital in maintaining your personal and interpersonal energy fields. In other words..."We need to be the change we wish to see in the world" (Ghandi).
From my experience the best way of doing this is to start by Remembering to do this!
Anytime of the day is required. :-)
Notice you can change your energy field whenever you feel its not good for you.
Gather yourself together....ask for protection before you start.. (you can put anything you feel protected by around yourself, just imagine it.) Close your eyes and allow your breathing to become deep and gentle. Imagine Mother Earth is sending you a huge beam of light from the centre of the earth, this sacred light rises up through your feet traveling up to you heart and connecting to your soul. Now move your attention to your higher self (or the centre of All That Is) Ask your higher self to send another beam of light that enters through the top of your head and feel the all embracing light travel to your heart and your soul....Let the beams of light mix together and let the energy shoot down your arms and out through your fingers. You are now connected. Once you feel ready, create the change you wish to see!you can make your visualization as detailed as you wish...ask for guidance if you need to... Remember its your thoughts that create your reality and you are Greatly Loved.
