Dear all,

I was very pleased to see that there is such a thing as the Kent Freedom Movement, not just because it's a good idea in its own right, but also because I’m from Kent, I love Kent, and I miss it immensely, and to know you are based in Kent and doing this important work pleases me greatly. What a lovely surprise in fact.

Yes, I grew up in Beckenham in south east London, which is actually in the county of Kent, but as soon as I was old enough to ride a motorbike I was off to the countryside and the Weald of Kent with my buddies. Ordnance Survey maps in hand, roaming the hills, hiking the footpaths, and stopping in at the village pubs. I miss all that dearly and there is no equivalent to it here in the USA.

I live in Florida on the Gulf of Mexico coast, about 30 miles south of Sarasota. To all intents and purposes, Florida is a swamp. My nickname is Swampygit. Well, it stands to reason. I'm an old git, and I live in a swamp.

The demographic here is mainly elderly and retired, with entrenched and very conservative attitudes to match. However, it is merely a reflection of the national level of idiotic stupefaction. I have lived here for 12 years, and done my best to integrate. But try as I might, I still find the natives to be barking mad, and we have little in common.

Yet, I have found a handful of American friends over here who are like minded to myself, and seeking the Truth, and are similarly utterly appalled at what is happening here in the USA and in the rest of the world. It’s just a shame there are so few amongst the many, who have woken up to see this mess for what it really is, and to comprehend the frightening prospect for where it appears to be going.

From my own vantage point, to gaze around is to be continually startled by the magnitude of this stupor, this mass consensus trance, no matter where one looks. I often just want to scream at people. But I would be the one who gets locked up if I did. No it’s not a good idea to express rage in this lunatic asylum. At least, it’s not safe yet - not quite yet.

I’m 55 years old now, and it’s been a long march. I’ve been awake since a chance event when I was 14. After that I was on fire with excitement to learn more. From that moment I went forward trying my best to engage my elders conversationally in some very big topics. Indeed, I wanted answers to many big questions. But alas, I was a naive youngster and discovered the answeres were not necessarily 'on tap'.

The questions were too profound and didn't relate to 'normal' stuff. I didn't understand at the time, that they were esoteric questions. It took me some time before I realised this was not done and off limits. It seemed to make adults either very uncomfortable, or just plain annoyed.

Because of this, back then in 1972 I was regarded as a nutter by my peers, schoolteachers, family, friends, boy Scouts' group, you name it, for daring to question a system that simply didn’t make any sense to me, and it all seemed to be incomprehensibly bonkers. I had no idea if I would ever live to see a time when attitudes would change, and the paradigm might shift. I didn't know that it would have to get even worse before it could get any better.

From where I am situated in my location in Florida, it feels like nothing in that regard is happening at all. It is like the place is fossilised. I walk with dinosaurs and I keep my trap shut for most of the time, unless I’m in the mood to have a miserable experience by challenging a few entrenched beliefs here and there.

So it is in this regard that I have inevitably come to accept that one of the hardest things about being awake is to be living in a world where everyone else is asleep.

It is only out there in the land of the internet that it looks different. So that’s where for many of us we have to seek out like-minded thinkers, for there be bugger-all in my neck of the woods. Which means I am always glad to communicate with such like-minds, even have a phone conversation here and there, or Skype or whatever. But to date, I don’t know of many. I wish there was something I could contribute to all of this, but where I live is like Jurassic Park, and except for the dinosaurs there’s nothing much to report.

Even the Gulf oil spill didn’t make it down to our stretch of the coast, but I’m very glad of it. However, if there is a false-flag down my way, I will report it to you with relish.

In the meantime it’s good to know that even though it took an awful long time, we can now say that people are beginning to ask questions about the things they have always perceived to be real and 'normal', and they are demanding answers. Perhaps the ship is finally finding its way into port.

We can thank many people for this, but right out there in front is David Icke himself, the Grand Master of them all, still slogging on, all guns blazing, showing us the way, but now people are listening instead of laughing.

Why might this be? Why are they listening now? Well, it is becoming more difficult for ordinary folks to refute what he has been telling us for over two decades, especially as this unfolding dystopian nightmare is now smashing us in the face like a huge fist, day in, day out, and getting unrelentingly worse.

How long can you ignore a fist smashing into your face? It's a good question. Ask yourself that.

I watched David Icke all those years ago on the Terry Wogan show in 1991, and saw what Wogan did to him. I’d already read David's first two very impressive books and I knew what he was about. What unfolded in that TV show in front of a live audience was very distressing to watch. It was like skewering someone in front of millions. Why would they do that? My heart went out to him, and I have never forgotten it. It is one of the most pitiful things I ever saw, and the shame of a broadcasting corporation who I was actually working for at the time. It made me feel very sick and angry.

In those days, I didn’t understand what the Agenda was, none of us did. But David was beginning to see these things, and he kept on in the face of overwhelming opposition. There are pitifully few in this world who are that brave, and that determined. It is an understatement to say we have much to thank him for.

Now, because of courageous people like David Icke, events are really opening up for other people to get cracking on exposing the truth in a way that cannot be ignored. In that respect, the whole game is changing, especially now with The People's Voice TV showing a much wider audience what can be done.

So I applaud what you do at the KFM, you are waking people up and you’ve given folks like me a home, even if it is a cyber-home and even better than that, you are doing it in Kent! Nice one :)

Anyway, I have rattled on quite long enough. Thank you for letting me join your forum, and I look forward to participating, at least at some level. If there is anything you want to ask me at any time, please feel free.

I shall report on events from here as they unfold.

But, alas, it is likely to be no more than someone’s dog being munched whole by an alligator. There's nothing quite like a cocktail snack.

Yet, I’ll keep my ear to the ground for anything of real interest.

In the meantime,

May the Force be with you.

Money Quote

The Government should create, issue, and circulate all the currency and credits needed to satisfy the spending power of the Government and the buying power of consumers. By the adoption of these principles, the taxpayers will be saved immense sums of interest. Money will cease to be master and become the servant of humanity.
