Banned! Former Cllr Sheena Williams - WhatDoTheyKnow Org

The website; What Do They Know; have banned former Councillor Sheena Williams from submitting any further Freedom of Information Act request to their organisation.

Councillor Sheena Williams who resigned from the Conservative party after Kent county council took her four grandchildren away in a forced adoption, has been in a long running battle with Kent County Councils Social Services.   It all started when Sheena’s daughter Jade reported her partner as being violent within the relationship.  The Social Services intervened, and instead of addressing the situation and trying to resolve any problems, they took the children into care.

A long custody battle ensued, whereas Sheena was putting herself forward to be the children carer.  For some incredible reason the judge in the case preferred to keep the children with foster parents as opposed to letting them go and live with their grandmother.

Now anyone who knows Sheena Williams, she is a well turned out lady, they don’t have riff-raff in the Tory party!  But you know what I mean, she is obviously fairly intelligent for her to have become a councillor, on saying that, I often wonder; how on earth do the majority of politicians get voted in?

Everyone in the case seemed to agree Sheena was the ideal mother of her own children and would probably be for the grandchildren, yet the court rejected the obvious, which is that the four children involved, would of course be far better off in the loving and comfortable surroundings of their nicely decorated grandmothers home, and not in some strangers home.

Sheena speaks at the UK Rally Against Child Abuse 2010

There’s big bucks for these parents who go into the “children for sale” game.  Dragons Den - James Caan, exposed how easy and common practice it is to buy and sell children, when he offered £7,000 for a young girl.  Little did he realise he was being filmed.  Makes you wonder what these types of people might have locked away in their cellars or attacks?

It seems to be that the major problem is that children become a commodity, that once they are taken into care then the financial ball starts to role; social workers, solicitors, judges, doctors and so on - all have a financial interest in what it is they do.

The parents who come through the system are strangers to the social workers and members of the legal and medical fraternities that they have to encounter.

However, they all know each other and regularly work and collude with each other so as to not rock the boat and have a decent living, whilst many families suffer in the process.

It's in everyone or these workers interest to keep quite and just go along with the abusive regime.

Kent Payments to Adoptive Parents:

1.       Adopted Child Support Allowance for 2010/11 was £3,324,101

2.       Grants to Adoptive Parents to purchase furniture, equipment, etc, prior to the adopted children's arrival for 2010/11 was £9,463

3.       Prospective Adoptive Parents expenses for 2010/11 was £36,241.01

Being a former Tory council, she no doubt has made enemies.  She has exposed many cover-ups she had witnessed taking place in her council.  He continuous years of battle in trying to get her grandchildren back out of care - and home with their own family, has caused her to campaign and expose what a sham Kent County Councils’ Social Services, the Police and the Courts really are, and that the adoption process and procedures are regularly being abused and all in the quest of control and making money.

She has recently caused a stir by placing a banner onto her front garden gate [see photo above], it reads: Former Cllr Sheena Williams - What Do They Know .COM – Knowledge is Power – Trapped in a Masonic World - Free eBook ' - 'Warning Over 18yrs Only' - do share.

Sheena said police cars have stopped outside and taken photos of it, as have other local people and passers-by.

Many of those behind “My Society” - who are behind the “WhatDotheyKnow” website, which is interlinked with other such TheyWorkForYou, are also members of the Jesus College Network, which recruit most of its members via Jesus College, which is one of 31 colleges in the University of Cambridge, each an independent self-governing body, with its own constitution, endowments and income.   Members of the College – Fellows and students – are prominent in all aspects of the University’s life and activities.

The objective of the WhatDoTheyKnow website; is to give ordinary members of the public access to government or civil service documents and reports etc., such as their expenses, via the Freedom of Information Act.

[Others address the public over their plights with the Social Services and having their children taken away from them.]

However, and perhaps to the disappointment of one of its founders, Chris Lightfoot, [Red Indian by chance?], for it doesn’t really seem to be fulfilling its original intentions or purpose.  Banning people is no way to go about running these types of services.  Often an application is rejected, or only ‘partial’ information given, making it look appear they have dealt with the case, so as it looks good on the website, when really they are glorified rejections.

And if anything was to appear too sensitive and revealing, then often the information and request is; “Withheld”.  So you only get sight-off what is not going to be that much of a revelation anyway.

These types of groups and organisations can be very helpful in many respects.  Though if they are portraying to be flag-bearers for; Freedom of Speech and Information, - when in fact they appear to not be; then this is dangerous and detrimental to society as a whole, and perhaps people should begin to question who is really behind the WhatDoTheyKnow website and organisation, and what is really their purpose?

Is it nothing more than a “false facade” siphoning off any real harmful material and banning people because of whatever reason?

We know the government are watching people and via all forms of communications, especially the internet, people who regularly contacted these type of agencies, do so at their own peril, dossiers are no doubt being drafted on anyone who appears to be a dissident and questioning government workers as to whats going on in their villages, towns and cities.

Prism Programme

Those members of secret socities who divvy up all the local contracts and what the council has to pay millions for, don't like these WhatDoTheyKnow kind of enquiries.

This is why it cannot be right or justified for an organisation such as this to ban anyone.  As they appear to be nothing more than gatekeepers of whatever sensitive information is out there and should be in the public domain.

What gives them the right to say what we can and cannot see, that’s not transparency - if all you’re getting is half of the picture.

Some people fear for their lives and why they sometimes choose anonymity or use aliases when they make an application to find information about some of the most powerful and rich people living on their doorstep and within their own neighbourhoods.  Hence they could find out where they live and make their lives hell, and which we know goes on for sure and all around the country.

Does it matter whose making the application?  It’s only request to ask for something to be put into the public domain, so what’s the problem if a person wishes to use another name?  You’d probably find a high percentage of requests are done so by people using another name.

Is Sheena’s campaigns’ exposing secret courts, adoption agencies, dodgy judges, lawyers and police officers in general, who she knows the majority are Freemasons, and especially in Maidstone were the fraternity holds are strong and where she lives.  Has she upset anyone?  Has anyone contacted WhatDoTheyKnow, and asked them to ban her?  She has been constantly asking for Freedom of Information articles and papers about many of these people in Kent County Council and their related bodies, have they targeted her?

In Stephen Knights' book the Brotherhood, he explains how; How to ruin a man, and how there Masonic networks spreads out and covers the globe if need be.

The Structure of Freemasonry

Is anyone doing this to Sheena?  She's convinced someone tried to poison her, and twice.  Once her drink was spiked at a function.  She has almost been run over.

She says she has exposed a lot of cover-ups within her council, has anyone decided to target her?

Stealing her own daugthers children and they way the whole case and court hearings were carried out, sounds like she was set-up, and their intention was to get those children from her and her family, - knowing it would destroy most people - and rubber-stamping any "official" report or order they so wish to apply for.

Extract from Stephen Knight’s book; The Brotherhood. – Christopher, a senior Whitehall Civil Servant and Freemason explained that Masonry’s nationwide organisation of men from most walks of life provided one of the most efficient private intelligence networks ever imaginable.  Private information on anybody in the country could normally be accessed very rapidly through endless permutations of Masonic contacts – police, magistrates, solicitors, bank managers, Post Office staff, [very useful in supplying copies of a man’s mail, and especially if you say the “target” is a sex offender – Julian Assange comes to mind [1]], doctors, government employee, bosses of firms and nationalised industries etc., and a dossier of personal data could be built up on anybody very quickly.

When the major facts of an individual’s life were known, areas of vulnerability would become apparent.  Perhaps he is in financial difficulties; perhaps he has some social vice – if married he might retain a mistress or have proclivity for visiting prostitutes; perhaps there is something in his past he wishes keep buried, some guilty secret, a criminal offence [easily obtainable through Freemason police of doubtful virtue], or other blemish on his character: all these and more could be discovered via the wide-ranging Masons network of 600,000 contacts [2] [this number has perhaps increased by at least a third since this article was originally written in 1984, though it’s normally accepted by the UGLE that there are 400,000 members in the UK, though as I say, I believe the figure to be much higher.  Perhaps Knight was also referring to other Freemasons further abroad, or other affiliations such as the Rotarians, Odd Fellows etc.], a great many of whom were disposed to do favours for one another because that had been their prime motives for joining.

Even decent Masons could often be conned into providing information on the basis that: “Brother Smith needs this to help the person involved”.  The adversary would even sometimes be described as a fellow Mason to the Brother from whom information was sought perhaps someone with access to his bank manager or employer. The good Mason would not go to the lengths of checking with Freemasons Hall whether or not this was so.  The “target” was presented as a “Brother” in distress by a fellow Freemason, especially a fellow Lodge member that would be enough for any upright member of the Craft.  Sometimes this information gathering process – often involving a long chain of Masonic contacts all over the country and possibly abroad – would be unnecessary.  Enough would be known in advance about the adversary to initiate any desired action against him.  I asked how this action might be taken. “Solicitors are very good at it” said Christopher. “Get your man involved in something legal – it need not be serious – and you have him”. Solicitors, I was told, are past masters at causing endless delays, generating useless paperwork, ignoring instructions, running up immense bills, misleading clients into taking decisions damaging to themselves, [and this I can vouch for, and one of the reasons I dislike and don’t trust many people of the so called ‘legal fraternity’], Masonic police can harass, arrest on false charges, and plant evidence. “A businessman in a small community or person in public office arrested for dealing in child pornography, for indecent exposure, or for trafficking in drugs is at the end of the line”, said Christopher. “He will never work again. Some people have committed suicide after experiences of that kind”.

Freemasons can bring about the situation where credit companies and banks withdraw credit facilities from individual clients and tradesmen, said my informant.  Bank can foreclose.  People who rely on the telephone for their work can be cut off for long periods.  Masonic employees of local authorities can arrange for a person’s drains to be inspected and extensive damage to be reported, thus burdening the person with huge repair bills; workmen carrying out the job can find – in reality cause – further damage.  Again with regard to legal matters, a fair hearing is hard to get when a man in ordinary circumstances is in financial difficulties.  If he is trying to fight a group of unprincipled Freemasons skilled in using the ‘network’ it will be impossible because “Masonic Department of Health and Social Security and Law Society officials can delay applications for Legal Aid endlessly. [3] Employers, if they are Freemasons or not can be given private information about a man who has made himself an enemy of Masonry.  At worst he will be dismissed or consistently passed over for promotion”. Christopher added.

“Masonic doctors can also be used. But for some reason doctors seem to be the least corruptible men. Only the fighters have any hope of beating the system once it’s at work against them”, he told me. “Most people, fighters or not, are beaten in the end, though. It’s . . . you see, I … you finish up not knowing who you can trust. You can get no help because your story sounds so paranoid that you are thought a crank, one of those nuts who think the whole world is a conspiracy against them. It is a strange phenomenon.  By setting up a situation that most people will think of as fantasy, these people can poison every part of a person’s life. If they give in they go under.  If they don’t give in its only putting off the day because if they fight, so much unhappiness will be brought to the people around them that there will likely come a time when even their families turn against them out of desperation. When that happens and they are without friends wherever they look, they become easy meat. The newspapers will not touch them. – There is no defence against an evil which only the victims and the perpetrators know exists”.  Christopher – Senior Whitehall Civil Servant and Freemason – Quoted in Stephen Knight’s book: The Brotherhood, 1984.

How social services are paid bonuses to snatch babies for adoption

'Figures recently released by the Department for Local Government and Community Cohesion show that two councils - Essex and Kent - were offered more than £2million "bonuses" over three years to encourage additional adoptions.

Four others - Norfolk, Gloucestershire, Cheshire and Hampshire - were promised an extra £1million. '

British spies recruited paedo IRA chief: Spooks used pictures of Joe Cahill to 'turn him'

British authorities covered up the child sex abuse and used damning evidence to turn Cahill into one of the British Army's most valuable informants, it has been claimed

Brothers in arms: Cahill with Sinn Fein’s Gerry Adams

The British authorities covered up a case of child sex abuse by a senior figure of the IRA in order to use the damning evidence to turn him into a double agent, military intelligence sources have said.

Joe Cahill, who helped found the Provisional IRA, was pictured abusing a 14-year-old girl in a car in the 1970s, the sources said.

But instead of being prosecuted, the images were used by military spooks to turn the Republican hero – and close ally of Sinn Fein president Gerry Adams – into one of the British Army’s most valuable informants.

A source revealed that Cahill – who died in 2004 – was being followed by a covert unit as he drove around Belfast when the pictures were taken.

They apparently showed the paramilitary, then in his 50s, abusing a 14-year-old girl, who was later identified.

PAJoe Cahill
Cover up: IRA's Joe Cahill in1971

The source said: “The pictures clearly identified both Cahill and his victim. Her father would have killed him if he had found out. He was never prosecuted and instead the pictures were used to turn him. He was a prized asset.”

The allegation is the latest paedophile scandal to hit the IRA and Sinn Fein.

Last week Cahill’s grand-niece, Mairia, revealed the IRA covered up the alleged abuse she suffered as a 16-year-old at the hands of another IRA figure. Mairia was not Cahill’s alleged victim in the 70s.

The Ministry of Defence did not comment on our story last night.

But a military source said: “This kind of thing has been unthinkable for many years now. There were some very questionable techniques deployed in the 1970s but they were put a stop to very soon afterwards.”

Several secretive military intelligence units operated in Northern Ireland at the time, including 14th Intelligence Company, also known as the Det, and several special collation teams.

Female operatives were said to have slept with IRA figures for info...

Cahill’s role as a key British agent was known to only a small handful of individuals. But a senior IRA source revealed that there was suspicion that he was a “tout” – slang for informer.

The IRA’s chief of staff was a priceless source of intelligence as the terror outfit stepped up its bombing campaign across Ireland and the mainland.

Denial: Gerry Adams

He was responsible for arming the paramilitaries with weapons and explosives from allies such as Libya and raising money from republican sympathisers.

A high-level agent like Cahill could be used to save lives and also to exert pressure on the IRA and Sinn Fein to join the peace process, which took place in the 90s.

In a separate case, Mairia Cahill last week waived her right to anonymity to speak out against alleged sexual abuse she suffered as a 16-year-old over a year in 1997 at the hands of another senior IRA figure.

Ms Cahill said she was raped and later interrogated by the IRA about her claims. She later went to the police and a case was brought against the alleged rapist and those said to have been involved in the IRA inquiry.

The man she accused, Martin Morris, has consistently denied her claims and was acquitted of all charges, which were dropped after Ms Cahill withdrew her evidence.

She said: “The only word I have for it is interrogation, because that’s exactly how it felt. They told me that they were going to read my body language to see who was telling the truth and that they were going to bring him into a room.”

Fiona WoolfFiona Woolf, who is leading an inquiry into alleged abuse by MPs, is expected to be asked to widen her remit

Gerry Adams has denied telling Mairia that sometimes abuse victims “actually enjoy it”.

Last year he came under fire after his brother Liam was jailed for sexually abusing his own daughter.

The 59-year-old is currently serving a 16-year prison sentence for raping and abusing Aine Dahlstrom when she was aged between four and nine in the late 70s and early 80s.

During a first trial which collapsed, Mr Adams told the court he confronted his brother about the allegations in 1987 and Liam denied the abuse.

He then revealed his brother later confessed to him in 2000.

Liam’s conviction led to pressure on his brother to explain why he did not contact police over the abuse allegations when he first learnt of them.

Gerry Adams told the first trial in April last year, that he warned a priest, who is now dead, about his brother’s sinister past and the pair became estranged after the allegations emerged.

Recent allegations of historical child abuse against political figures has forced the British Government to set up an official inquiry.

No surprise: Labour MP Simon Danczuk

Chairwoman Fiona Woolf is expected to examine abuse by MPs, in care homes and schools, and is now facing calls to expand her investigation to cover the role of the intelligence services.

Labour MP Tom Watson said: “There have been rumours that the intelligence services had knowledge of child abuse for a number of years.

"That is why it’s essential that the inquiry is given full access to intelligence service files on this subject.”

Labour MP Simon Danczuk, who exposed the truth about paedophile Liberal MP Cyril Smith, said: “The exploitation of children by the secret services and members of the establishment comes as no surprise.

"We are discovering a history of poor children being treated like disposable goods by people in high places and no one batted an eyelid.”

When approached about our story regarding Joe Cahill, a Sinn Fein spokesperson said: “This is contemptible. It is gutter journalism of the worst kind.”

Paedophiles who download images 'won't all be charged'

NCA head Keith Bristow: "We are determined to bring as many of these people to justice as we possibly can"

Some paedophiles with images of child abuse will escape prosecution, the head of the National Crime Agency has said.

Keith Bristow said expecting all the estimated 50,000 people in the UK who have accessed abuse images to be brought to justice was "not realistic".

He said police would have to focus on those who posed most risk.

Labour called it "disgraceful", adding that the NCA was not fit for dealing with the problem. The Home Office said all crimes should be investigated.

'Uncomfortable'

Some 660 arrests were made during a recent operation targeting people who had accessed child abuse images online.

However, the BBC understands that as part of that investigation, as many as 20,000-30,000 individuals were identified as potential offenders.

NCAThe government said the NCA was leading an "unprecedented operation" against child abusers

The Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (Ceop) - part of the NCA - has estimated that 50,000 people in the UK are involved in downloading and sharing images of child abuse.

"It is uncomfortable because... we want to see these people in the criminal justice system," NCA director general Mr Bristow said.

"But in my judgement, if there are 50,000 people involved, we won't be able to identify all of them and we won't necessarily be able to bring all of them to justice."

He said the agency's priority was to concentrate effort on the "most dangerous people" and those most likely to carry out physical abuse.

But campaigners pointed to a link between accessing abuse images and "contact offending".

A 2012 Ceop report found "compelling evidence" that those who possessed child abuse images should be considered a risk to children.

Tom Symonds, BBC home affairs correspondent

It is an honest admission, which it would have been easier not to have made.

But it is clear that police forces and child abuse experts are dealing with a flood of potential evidence - partly the result of increasingly sophisticated software which can detect the digital fingerprint of abusive images online.

The implication is that police forces and the NCA will have to review their cases to determine those where immediate action is needed to protect children, those where more time can be taken, and those which will simply have to be left on file.

This brings obvious risks. A suspect who has viewed indecent images online but, to date, done nothing abusive in the "real world" may offend at a later date.

Keith Bristow's comments - at a briefing for specialist reporters - did not include a call for more resources. There is little doubt others will take up those reins.

line

'Most risky'

The NCA said in July that the 660 arrests made as part of Operation Notarise included teachers, medical staff, former police officers, a social services worker and a scout leader.

Some of the suspected paedophiles had terabytes - equivalent to 1,000GB - worth of data on their hard drives or storage devices.

Mr Bristow said the "most risky" would be targeted first.

He said there would be a "range of interventions" which for some of the offenders could fall short of them "standing in a court".

An NCA spokesman said that included preventative measures and enabling young people to protect themselves online - such as blocking search terms and disrupting anonymous web browsing.

NCA deputy director general Phil Gormley said: "Not every viewer will go on to be a contact abuser," adding that further research was required.

"We need a much more nuanced, much more sustainable approach to this and we need to confront some really unpleasant and horrible truths about human nature."

'Clear links'

The NSPCC said the NCA's intervention revealed "an uncomfortable truth about the difficult decisions officers face daily in identifying and pursuing offenders".

Head of strategy Jon Brown said: "The government must make tackling this vile trade a priority in the funding available to the NCA and at a local force level.

"There are clear links between accessing this material and contact offending."

Former Ceop head, Jim Gamble, said Home Secretary Theresa May must shoulder the blame for not delivering on child protection

Jim Gamble, who resigned as head of Ceop in 2010, said: "Are we going to say because there's too many we can't do it?"

He added that it was "shameful" Mr Bristow had to "come out and deliver this hard but honest message".

"And the shame belongs with [Home Secretary] Theresa May who has not invested - who has not delivered anything beyond rhetoric to make things better for children where the internet is involved," he said.

Peter Garsden, president of the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers, said a lack of resources was part of the problem.

"The government are now placing blame on the police, whereas the problem actually lies in the Home Office because the police simply don't have enough resources to view and prosecute all the images that are now coming out of the detection system," he said.

'Unlikely to harm'

Labour accused the government of presiding over a policy which saw "the vast majority" of those downloading child abuse images "not investigated".

"Of course they need to look first for the most dangerous cases, but it seems most cases aren't being investigated at all," shadow home secretary Yvette Cooper said.

"Theresa May created the National Crime Agency... but it's clear now that the NCA is simply not fit for dealing with the scale and seriousness of this problem."

Yvette CooperLabour's Yvette Cooper: "This is a disgraceful policy from the NCA and the home secretary"

The Home Office said: "We are clear that all crimes should be investigated," adding that the government was "determined to stamp out" what was an "appalling crime".

A spokesman said the NCA had safeguarded or protected more than 1,000 children, making 706 arrests.

Abuse inquiry head Fiona Woolf defends Lord Brittan links

Fiona Woolf told committee chairman Keith Vaz she wanted her behaviour to be regarded as ''open and transparent''

The head of the public inquiry into historical sex abuse has said she wants to "lay to rest" speculation over links with ex-home secretary Lord Brittan.

Lawyer Fiona Woolf disclosed on Tuesday that she had dined with Lord Brittan and his family five times since 2008.

Lord Brittan was home secretary in 1984 when ministers were handed a dossier on alleged high-profile paedophiles.

But Mrs Woolf told MPs that the peer was "one of thousands of people" she knew and was not a "close associate".

No 10 offered its support to Mrs Woolf, saying it was "confident of her ability to do the job".

Mrs Woolf was appointed after the home secretary's original choice for the role, Baroness Butler-Sloss, stepped down after victims' families expressed concerns about her independence.

Her late brother Lord Havers was attorney general at the time allegations about high-profile paedophiles were passed to ministers by the late Conservative MP Geoffrey Dickens.

The dossier was considered by Home Office officials in 1984 and handed to the police but no action was taken and the information has since disappeared.

Lord BrittanMrs Woolf had dinner with Lord Brittan and his wife on five occasions

Lord Brittan has insisted that the proper procedures were followed.

Appearing before the Home Affairs Select Committee, Mrs Woolf faced questions about her links with Lord Brittan after she revealed that she lived in the same London street as the Conservative peer and had invited him and his wife to dinner on three occasions.

Mrs Woolf, a former Lord Mayor of London, also revealed she had two dinners at the Brittans' house between 2008 and 2012.

She also disclosed that she sat on the advisory body of CityUK, of which Lord Brittan has also been a member, and had had a coffee with Lady Brittan on a "small number of occasions".

'Systemic failures'

Mrs Woolf told MPs she was aware of "speculation gaining traction on social media" about her links with the Brittans and she wanted to "go the extra distance to make sure I have dug out every possible connection with someone who is essentially one of thousands of people I know in the City".

"Do I have a close association with them (the Brittans)? The answer is no," she said.

The dinners were a "long time ago", she said, and were designed to help "build her City network" and discuss issues such as Europe's relationship with China and the strategic outlook of major firms.

She added: "Let us remind ourselves that this is not an inquiry about Lord Brittan but about hundreds of institutions and frankly thousands of systemic failures."

The BBC's home affairs correspondent Tom Symonds said Mrs Woolf had insisted she was not a member of the establishment but acknowledged that she must convince the public and victims of abuse that this was the case.

Labour MP Simon Danczuk, who campaigned for the inquiry, told the BBC he thought Mrs Woolf should resign.

Fiona WoolfFiona Woolf giving evidence to MPs on the Home Affairs committee

He told BBC Radio 4's The World at One: "I don't know what world she inhabits but where I come from if you've been to dinner at somebody's home and vice versa then you're relative close - you'd consider them friends."

He accused the Home Office of a "total error of judgement". He said: "One mistake is forgivable... to make the same mistake twice looks like they're out to protect Leon Brittan.

"I don't buy the view that you can't choose someone to chair this inquiry who is not connected to Leon Brittan and yet the government seem to have been insistent on choosing chairpeople who are very much establishment, very much connected to people involved."

It also emerged on Tuesday that Mrs Woolf will not start working full time on the inquiry until she steps down from her role as Lord Mayor of London next month.

While admitting she did not have a background in child protection, she said she had wide-ranging legal and corporate experience and the ability to keep the inquiry "focused".

Mrs May has outlined the terms of reference for the inquiry, which was triggered by allegations of child sex abuse by celebrities and public figures working in the media, politics and other walks of life.

The inquiry is to examine the conduct of almost all the major institutions in public life - including Parliament, the police, political parties, churches and schools - and how they responded to allegations of child sexual abuse.

Public hearings

Mrs May said it would "challenge institutions without fear or favour, in order to get to the bottom of this issue and stop it from happening again".

The inquiry will publish its initial report by the end of next March. Although it will not have the power to instigate criminal prosecutions all allegations of abuse will be passed on to the police.

Mrs Woolf will head a panel including child abuse experts and at least one victim of abuse, further details of which have also been announced.

She told MPs that the inquiry, which will hold public hearings, would "ask awkward questions" and would seek the power to compel witnesses if necessary.

She said there had been "inquiry after inquiry" into child abuse in the past and she hoped that this one would "make the difference" to victims of abuse and their families.

Is the real truth that 'children services' is nothing more than a front for protected perverts to have access to other peoples children ?

Shamed Co-op boss is to be quizzed over cover-up of child sex at Cyril Smith school: Flowers targeted by QC over suppressed reports exposing horrific 'sweet shop for paedophiles'

  • At the time of Cyril Smith abuse, Flowers was vice-chairman of Rochdale Council's social services committee, which oversaw Knowl View School
  • The disgraced Methodist minister will be sent a letter demanding he answer inquiry's questions. Nine others will be put on notice in same way
  • The interviews will take place early next month

Former Co-op chairman Paul Flowers will be formally questioned about his role in an alleged ‘cover-up’ of appalling sex abuse at a school founded by paedophile MP Cyril Smith.

The Mail on Sunday can reveal the ex-Methodist minister faces an official inquiry into claims that he and others ignored a series of damning reports.

At the time, he was vice-chairman of Rochdale Council’s social services committee, which oversaw Knowl View School during a time it was described as ‘a sweet shop  for paedophiles’.

Paul Flowers was on the council during the same period the abuse was alleged to have been taking place
MP Cyril Smith knew Flowers during their time together on the council

Predatory: MP Cyril Smith, right, knew Paul Flowers, left, during their time together on Rochdale Council

Boys as young as seven were abused by Smith and his depraved cronies in what is now viewed as  one of the country’s worst-ever child sex scandals.

Despite countless warnings, the authorities failed to act and the crimes at Knowl View – for children with learning difficulties and behavioural problems – were kept hidden from the public.

This week Flowers will receive a letter saying that he must answer questions from Andrew Warnock QC, who is leading the investigation into Rochdale Council’s handling of the allegations.

Nine others will be put on notice in the same way.

Rochdale Council leader Colin Lambert told The Mail on Sunday: ‘The letter is quite strong and lengthy, and they should be worried because the allegation is that they took part in a cover-up. So if they knew and decided not to do anything that is a very serious matter. There are criminal issues here.’

Mr Lambert said Flowers ‘is mentioned in a number of documents because he was involved in at least one of the committees which had an interest in Knowl View’.

The inquiry’s findings will be passed to Greater Manchester Police, which last night revealed it is investigating two new reports of abuse. Since late 2012, the force has been looking at a number of allegations relating to the school.

Mr Warnock’s inquiry, which will cover the years 1985 to 1995, is to focus solely on the alleged cover-up. The QC intends to begin interviewing Flowers and the others early next month.

Mr Lambert said: ‘If they don’t want to co-operate and answer certain questions then that is enough in itself.

‘The review will be passed on to the police for further investigation and then they will have to answer questions. We are essentially advising certain people that it would be foolish not to talk at this stage.

‘I said in November that no stone would be left unturned in finding out whether there was a cover-up  at the council in relation to Knowl View. It is imperative that public trust is restored.’

Flowers was copied in on a confidential letter discussing the council’s response to a report by the local health authority alleging that paedophiles from a wide area had access to the boys aged seven to 16.

Yet alarm bells were being rung constantly by health professionals from 1988 to 1992, when Flowers held key council posts.

Between those years three reports were issued detailing serious sexual abuse at Knowl View, yet no one was held to account.

While there is no suggestion that Flowers was involved in any abuse at Knowl View, his time on the council coincides with key developments in the alleged cover-up.

It was in 1988 that Dr Alison Frazer, a child psychiatrist at Birch Hill Hospital, first alerted Rochdale’s Education Department.

Flowers, then ministering at the Methodist church in Drake Street, was elected as a Labour councillor that year and joined the council’s education committee.

Three years later, Phil Shepherd, a health authority HIV specialist, made a sex education day visit to the school and was appalled by what he discovered.

In a devastating report, he wrote at the time: ‘One boy who is homosexual has contact with an adult  outside the school. Several of the senior boys indulge in oral sex with one another.

‘Reputedly five of the junior boys (seven to 13) have been or are involved in “cottaging” in and around public toilets.

‘Men as far away as Sheffield are believed to be aware of this activity and travel to Rochdale to take part. One eight-year-old is thought to have been involved . . . some boys have been “forced” to have sex with each other.’

He concluded: ‘We are committed to preventing the spread of HIV. The boys in this school look to us to be increasingly at risk.’

Mr Shepherd’s report was first sent to the-then director of education, Diana Cavanagh. In her reply, she promised action would be taken, but asked him to circulate his report no further and ‘not to undertake any independent action.’

At this time, Flowers had moved on to become vice-chairman of the social services committee. It is unclear if he read the contents of the report.

But he was copied in on a letter, written on April 16, 1991, by the acting director of social services, Ian Davey, to Pam Hawton, chairman of Rochdale’s health authority, discussing the council’s response to Mr Shepherd’s report.

Mr Davey wrote about a ‘concerted approach to the problem involving police, education and social services’, concluding: ‘I hope you will feel reassured that there is professional action being taken to address the issues at Knowl View.’

In response to Mr Shepherd’s report, consultant clinical psychologist Valerie Mellor carried out an inquiry on behalf of the council.

She concluded that a quarter of the pupils at the 48-place school had been involved in serious sexual incidents, ‘over a very long period of time’. Five months later, a pupil and former pupil, both aged 14, were cautioned by police for soliciting in Rochdale’s Smith Street toilets.

And it was not until 1994, when the Shepherd and Mellor reports were discovered by chance by the school’s head of care, Martin Digan, that Knowl View closed.

By this time, Flowers had left  the council, having been moved in 1992 to Bridlington in Yorkshire by the Methodist Church. Mr Digan said: ‘I have seen with my own eyes the damage done to the lives of the pupils at Knowl View, some of whom have taken their own lives as a result of the abuse they suffered.

‘For decades now they have been let down by everyone especially  the police and the local authority who allowed this sweet shop for paedophiles to exist even when they knew what was happening.

Paul Flowers was on committees that oversaw aspects of the school

‘I am pleased the council has appointed a QC . . . and I will be sharing my knowledge with him.’

Even after the school was closed in 1995, the council’s then-chief executive, John Pierce, was insisting there had been no cover-up.

Mr Pierce said at the time: ‘The police have also stated quite clearly they do not believe there is any substance in allegations of a cover-up relating to incidents at the school, and that all the issues involved were investigated at the time by a number of agencies and the necessary action taken.’

The police did investigate the crimes again in 2000 and, in 2002, a man was jailed for a year for three counts of indecent assault and eight counts of gross indecency.

At the time, however, officers said there was not enough evidence to charge other individuals and that no specific allegations were made at that time against Cyril Smith.

Two years after the MP’s death in 2010, the authorities admitted that Smith had been protected and should have been charged.

Last week, Greater Manchester Police admitted that seven people had come forward to report abuse by the MP and others at Knowl View from the 1970s onwards, and that officers were looking at ‘at least 11 suspects’.

One former pupil, 41-year-old Chris Marshall, who was seven when he attended the school, said: ‘Our lives were a living hell. Teachers would take pupils to a public toilet in Manchester where the boys would have sex with men who had travelled from all over the North.

‘Men would come to the school and we were made to have sex with them. I was forced to perform a sex act on the late MP Cyril Smith, who we called “the Fat Man”. It had such an effect on us that some of the boys have either committed suicide or are in prison.

‘I feel let down by the council because we were vulnerable children and they were supposed to be taking care of us. Instead we were exposed to the most horrible acts of depravity.’

Around the time of the reports, Flowers and his colleagues on Rochdale social services committee were  facing calls to resign over the Satanic abuse scandal when 16 children were wrongly taken from their parents and rehomed, some in Knowl View.

Flowers had close political links to Smith – they were members of Rochdale council at the same time.

Smith, originally a Labour councillor in Rochdale, later became a Liberal and then a Liberal Democrat MP for the town from 1972 to 1992. His brother, Norman Smith, who was mayor of Rochdale in 1986-87, said that Flowers sat on council committees with Smith.

‘Cyril was more involved with [Flowers] than me,’ he said. ‘They knew each other by being on the council, and of course he was a prominent minister. They were on committees together.’

Last night Flowers’s lawyer Andrew Hollas said: ‘I have no wish to engage in any discussions with anybody from your newspaper.’

THE DAMNING PAPER TRAIL... AND SIX TROUBLING QUESTIONS

1) 1969: CYRIL SMITH SETS UP KNOWL VIEW SCHOOL FOR VULNERABLE CHILDREN

Pupils as young as seven lived at the school in Rochdale, the Northern mill town where Cyril Smith was a councillor before being elected its MP in 1972. However, at the same time the school opened, Smith was being investigated by local police for spanking young boys at a hostel he had set up in the 1960s.

Q - How was a man suspected of indecent assault allowed to run a special school?

2) 1988: REPORT OF ABUSE IS SENT TO ROCHDALE COUNCIL

Child psychiatrist Dr Alison Frazer was asked by the council to interview Knowl View pupils, and her worrying report was sent to Rochdale’s Director of Education. Flowers was a member of the council’s education committee at the time – but it is not known if he or others read the study.

Q - Did Flowers and council do anything about first warning?

3) 1991: FLOWERS AND OTHERS ARE WARNED OF PUPILS' SEXUAL BEHAVIOUR

Aids prevention officer Phil Shepherd was shocked to discover illegal behaviour at the school. His damning report – which revealed that paedophiles flocked to public toilets in Rochdale to take advantage of Knowl View boys as young as eight – was sent to the council. Flowers was copied in on the council’s response.

Q - Why did Flowers and council ignore second report?

4) 1994: REPORTS FOUND ON HEAD'S DESK SENT TO POLICE

Knowl View’s head of care, Martin Digan, discovered by chance two earlier reports into sex abuse at the school in the headmaster’s office.

He took them to police and the Knowl View was closed down by the council in 1995. However, there were no prosecutions.

By this time, Flowers had left the council, having been moved in 1992 to Bridlington by the Methodist Church.

Q - Why did police fail to investigate these reports?

5) 2012: SMITH DIES. MP ALLEGES COVER-UP... POLICE LAUNCH INQUIRY

Two years after Smith’s death in 2010, the new MP for Rochdale, Simon Danczuk, revealed to the Commons what the ‘29-stone bully’ had really been like, and asked the Home Secretary to investigate if MI5 had helped cover up his paedophilia.

The Crown Prosecution Service then admitted Smith should have been charged decades earlier, while Greater Manchester Police and Lancashire Police said they would re-open their inquiries.

Q - Why did it take police so long to start a thorough investigation?

6) 2013: MoS REPORT PROMPTS ROCHDALE COUNCIL TO INVESTIGATE

This newspaper revealed last year, right, that Flowers had been vice-chairman of Rochdale’s social services committee at the time increasing numbers of sex abuse allegations were being made about Knowl View School.

As a result, in January Rochdale Council instructed barrister Andrew Warnock QC to review its handling of the special school in the 1980s and 1990s.

Q - Did Flowers, his Rochdale colleagues and police cover up abuse for 26 years?

7) THIS WEEK: FLOWERS WILL RECEIVE LETTER FROM QC ANDREW WARNOCK HEADING OFFICIAL COVER-UP INQUIRY

Former teacher jailed after the scale of his abuse on pupils emerges during primary school reunion

Anthony Kerr, 71, groped boys as they sat on his knee to read aloud at an Oldham primary school between 1979 and 1983

A former teacher has been jailed after his years of abuse came to light during a school reunion.

Anthony Kerr, 71, preyed on young boys in his classroom at an Oldham school in the 1970s and 80s.

Boys as young as seven were abused by Kerr as they sat on his knee to read out passages in front of their classmates at the school.

But his crimes only emerged when classmates discussed Kerr at a school reunion last year.

His distraught victims have now vividly recalled in court how Kerr would abuse them when they made mistakes during the readings, locking his arm around them so they couldn’t escape.

The court heard how Kerr carried out the abuse with sinister regularity, leaving his young victims believing that sexual abuse at the hands of their teacher was normal.

He pleaded guilty to 29 counts of indecent assault against nine boys aged as young as seven. He was sentenced to four years imprisonment at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court.

Kerr has also been ordered to sign the Sex Offenders Register for life.

Sentencing him, Judge Timothy Mort said Kerr’s actions left a lasting ‘inner turmoil’ on the lives of his victims.

“They distrusted authority, harboured a grave dislike for school, were hypersensitive to their own children and worried about relatives handling their children. Others didn’t learn to read because they associated it with what happened to them.

“What you did for your sexual gratification, to those boys at that age had a lasting effect.”

Kerr, of Netherlees, Oldham, was a teacher until 1994 when he retired after suffering a severe bout of depression.

He received a caution in 2008 for engaging in sexual activity in a public toilet and spent years battling depression.

He denied his crimes when allegations first came to light in March 2013.

It was only when former pupils discussed Kerr at a recent school reunion earlier this year that the extent of his abuse was revealed, and Kerr finally admitted to his crimes in August this year after more former pupils came forward.

Defending, Phillip Parry said it was a ‘cathartic moment’ when Kerr finally revealed the dark secret he had kept from his wife and two children for 34 years.

Det Con Sue Chadwick said: “Without the bravery of all his victims - particularly the first one to come forward we would not be in a position to see Kerr finally receive his punishment.

“Their courage should hopefully encourage any other victims of sexual abuse to now come forward and speak to the police.”

Freemason paedophilia

Cyril Smith Freemasaon Paedophile

Before we start it is important to point out that correlation does not imply causality. In Australia the annual shark bite and ice cream sales graphs follow very similar curves. Only a fool would say that they are directly related.

Also it is important to know that the freemasons are a secret organisation. We don’t know who their members are and what they do. It might just be a knitting circle for pregnant women. So this whole article is just about pure speculation.

So who is in the freemasons? Allegedly and according to rumour it contains several members of the Royal Family, most Prime Ministers, most policemen, most of MI5, many MPs, most  judges, many lawyers, many newspaper owners and many senior civil servants. The organisation recruits people in positions of power. If this were all the case then freemasons would comprise a secret power structure within Britain, who could act without our knowing. These people have supposedly sworn many secret oaths to put freemasonry and brother freemasons before all else, including the law.

Why do people join? Self advancement and power are the most obvious. In some organisations there is allegedly a glass ceiling in promotion that requires freemason membership. Also there is the possibility that freemasonry takes people beyond the law. So criminals can act with impunity. London gangster Kenneth Noye was the master of a lodge and was untouchable till he killed someone in public. Other freemason gangsters were not so silly.

Freemasons also seem to have a penchant for mass murder. The following are all thought to possibly be freemasons: Harold Shipman, Thomas Hamilton (Dunblane), Anders Behring Breivik, Fred West and Peter Sutcliffe (Yorkshire Ripper).

 Anders Behring Breivik

Anders Behring Breivik

So now to the subject of the article. Here is a list of names that have been reported to be freemasons, obviously this could just be scurrilous tittle tattle: Sir Jimmy Savile, Sir Cyril Smith, Max Clifford, Rolf Harris, Paul Gadd (Gary Glitter), Stuart Hall, Owen Oyston and Alan Freeman. You might notice a bit of a trend here.

Which brings us nicely to to alleged freemason paedophilia within Westminster, both historic and current. Obviously, such is the power of freemasons, they could have suppressed the knowledge of this for all time and some would say that they nearly did. It has come to light mainly because of the online investigative news website Exaro News and because of the insistence and diligence of the MP Simon Danczuk. Our mainstream media have been reluctant at best to tell us what they must know. As things stand 141 MPs have asked for an inquiry into matters. Obviously these MPs are not freemasons!

The accusations centre around industrial scale abuse of children who were in local authority care, whose safety was the responsibility of government. The locations include: Haut de la Garenne in Jersey, Kincora boys home in Northern Ireland, Bryn Estyn in North Wales, Cambridge House in Rochdale, Elm Guest House in London and many more across Britain. In many cases there have been investigations and every single time it looks like those investigations could have been sabotaged. Who has the power to do that?

Bryn Estyn is interesting because a victim and a former policemen in this interview confirmed that it was freemasons:

Elm Guest House is interesting in that the landlady Carol Kasir drew up a list of the alleged attendees to alleged paedophile parties there, this list comprises mainly of obvious freemasons (if our suppositions about freemasonry are true). You can Google this list to see it for yourself. It is a freemason tactic to pour derision and scorn on critics, you can see them do it on social media. So it is no surprise that Kasir’s list has been the subject of such treatment.

So now for some pure speculation, why do freemasons like paedophilia, if of course they do?

  • Freemasonry attracts people who like power. Paedophilia is a form of power.
  • Paedophilia forms part of the structure of freemasonry. Maybe only in the higher degrees.
  • Paedophilia is a shared secret adding to all the other masonic secrets, strengthening their bond.
  • Paedophiles join the freemasons to get protection from the police and from the law.
  • The hocus pocus and charades that make up freemasonry engender an attitude that encourages paedophilia.

Now into the realm of utter pure rumour and speculation and that is the deaths surrounding this paedophilia. Carol Kasir died under extremely suspicious circumstances once she started telling the wider world about Elm Guest House. Jill Dando was believed to be investigating freemason paedophilia when she was shot. MP Geoffrey Dickens, who compiled a dossier of this abuse had his homes ransacked and his name was found on a hit man’s list. Then there are the child victims who committed suicide as a result of their mental trauma and those who just disappeared. Two (now dead) alleged freemason paedophiles supposedly killed their victims during their sex acts, either for ritual reasons or for enjoyment.

Obviously we need an investigation into all this, both the dreadful acts allegedly inflicted on children and the power of freemasonry within our society. It is self evidently very wrong that policemen are allowed to be freemasons, the conflict of interest is too great and can only damage law and justice in Britain. All public servants who are freemasons should have to state the fact on a register available freely to the public. And this includes politicians, local, national and EU.

If you want to investigate further the Google is your best friend. Searches such as “Max Clifford freemason” or “Bryn Estyn Freemason” will reveal to you vastly more than the brief synopsis here. Many (freemasons) will say that this is all conspiracy theory. But it is very funny that these conspiracy theories are often turning out to be the truth.

Once again I would like to point out that this article is all unproven supposition and may or may not have any relation to reality.
