Problems with our Nationwide Mortgage - Help and the Freedom to move and start over.

Here I attach the emails and letter sent to Nationwide after all the problems we've been through in the past year, all I've attempted at trying to sell our home, and move on (thus paying up any dreaded arrears) and halving the mortgage ; (we have sadly been mortgage victims for most of our married life and that is having an impact on us!)
