Dear KFM,

Here I attach the emails and letter sent to Nationwide after all the problems we've been through in the past year, all I've attempted at trying to sell our home, and move on (thus paying up any dreaded arrears) and halving the mortgage ; (we have sadly been mortgage victims for most of our married life and that is having an impact on us!)  Plus all the journeys and trips in trying to find a new suitable home, we are at a point where we could make this happen with 2 good offers on the table.  But it now looks unfortunately as though Nationwide are going back on their side of the bargain (agreed in the Summer) and are possibly looking to pull the rug out from under us!!! 

Please people, we need all your prayers and best wishes, positive thoughts etc. for what I'm going through now, I am depressed, quite fearful for our future and very angry at the way things are.  I mean we've struggled all our lives - for THIS???!!!

I also want you all to know that should anything at all happen to me as a result of all the above, (either directly or indirectly), then Nationwide will have been responsible, and as such ought to be held accountable!  I'm hoping they see sense and reason and can act like proper human beings - (and they are a building society afterall not a bank), but then I'm not sure if they makes any difference?  I've sent this email and letter to the CEO Graham Beale.  Let pray it has the right impact.
